1. We know that the purchase of clothing at a distance is not an easy task, that is why we will help you and will answer for all the questions.

Before choosing a product, please read the section "Size Guide", in case of any doubt, please contact us by e-mail pimpolio@pimpolio.pl or telephone 0048 603213012 (we speak English and French).

2. To purchase the selected item, add it to your basket.

3. All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN or zł). The avarage rate of PLN is:

1 Euro = 4,25 PLN

1 GBP = 5,15 PLN

4. Then you select the option to purchase:
- single order
- regular customer who already have an account at PimPolio.pl
- new client who want to create an account at PimPolio.pl.

5. To place an order you need to complete all required fields (*).

6. Then select the method of delivery and payment:

- ON POLISH TERRITORY, there are several forms of delivery: courier (DHL Express), poste office, PimPolio store, and payment: COD, bank transfer or credit card supported by the system of payment card authorization "eCard".

Shipping rates of DHL courier:

- package weighing 10 kg is 27 PLN

- package weighing from 10 to 31.50 kg is 33 PLN

- COD shipment weighing 10 kg is 33 PLN
- COD shipment weighing from 10 kg to 31,50 kg is 39 PLN

Shipping rates of post office (economical delivery - up to 5 working days):

- to 3 articles - 12 PLN

- from 4 to 10 articles - 16 PLN

- from 11 to 25 articles - 21 PLN

Orders over 500 PLN - FREE SHIPPING

- WITHIN EUROPE, we are delivering by post office and the payment method is by bank or credit card supported by the system of payment card authorization "eCard".

Shipping rates of post office (economical delivery - up to 14 days):

- to 500 PLN - 50 PLN

- from 500 to 1000 PLN - 90 PLN
